Jocelyn Snyder

Jocelyn is thrilled to be performing at the Armory! She studied Musical Theater at Point Park a long time ago in Pittsburgh (Go Steelers) where she received her BA in Theater Arts. Jocelyn also graduated from the Second City Chicago conservatory, and has studied improv at the Steel City Improv Theater, iO, Annoyance, Improv Asylum, Boston Improv, and just finished the advanced level 1 class at the Magnet Theater. She has performed on indie, sketch, musical improv, and house teams in Pittsburgh (shout out to Irony City! I will always love you guys), Boston, and Chicago. A couple of her favorite roles include Sara Jane Moore in Assassins and the Swing/ASM in The Secret Comedy of Women. If you want to see her on screen, you can find her portraying a waitress quickly walking away in one of the first scenes in The Next Three Days starring Russell Crowe. When Jocelyn is not doing improv or thinking about improv, she can be found trying to get back into yoga, standing at her kitchen sink not wanting to do dishes, and drinking copious amounts of coffee.
