Karla is a multi-talented artist with a diverse creative background. Holding a BA in 2D and stop-motion animation from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Karla's artistic pursuits have spanned various mediums, including photography, film, script writing, painting, and drawing. Originally from Minnesota, Karla moved to New York in 2021 to pursue acting in the realm of performing arts. Today, Karla has performed at numerous clubs across New York, Brooklyn, and Queens. They are actively involved in stand-up comedy and improv theater, captivating audiences with their unique brand of humor and wit. Notable achievements include producing and performing on Ashley Gavins' "Sunday Sqool" and showcasing their skills at the Kennan Thompson 360 comedy showcase in Atlanta, Georgia. Karla was also a crowd favorite at the QED 2prov competition in 2022. They have performed with the Armorys' Barracks, House Team Grimace, and Shot4Shot.
