Lauren Arnett is an improvisor, comedian, and writer. She is currently on the Armory house team LeBaron. Lauren hails from Michigan and is a big fan of Detroit. She has studied improv, sketch, and clown at Go Comedy, Second City, Squirrel Comedy, Brooklyn Comedy Collective, and UCB. She performed regularly at Go Comedy in Ferndale, Michigan, where she was part of the Resident Cast. Lauren is also a stand-up comedian and hosts Eat Pray Mic on Sundays. Lauren has seen as many as four whales breach, and it has been spectacular every time.
